I lived a very happy and fulfilling life in a small city called Darkhan, in the North of Mongolia until my dad passed away when I was 6. The government returned their accommodation because there was no one working in the government anymore, so me and my two brothers were sent to the orphanage until I was 13 years old. My mum also agreed to keep us in a safe place to continue our education.
During my teenage years, I suffered from deep emotional pain, growing up with a lack of confidence and self-worth.
I still remember that little girl standing in the street, wondering why some people were happy but some were not. I wished that I had a magic wand so I could make everyone happy, including myself. So this is where I’ve started dreaming of becoming a happy and good person who also helps others to be happy.
Throughout the years, I worked consistently on myself to heal. I explored various self-help books, teachings and meditations, delving into the fascinating realms of human behaviour, the mind, body, and soul. I engaged in profound self-awareness, and with each layer I peeled back, new challenges emerged, urging me to continue my journey of self-discovery.
As I embraced self-love and forgiveness, a profound shift occurred. My compassion for myself spilt over into a newfound compassion for others. I found peace within myself, and as a result, I began to experience greater peace with the world 🕊️
The journey wasn’t easy, but I’m so grateful for my life because, without all those challenges, I wouldn’t be the person I am today: a strong, kind and wise woman.
However, my desperation to make a difference, and help others find their paths to healing and empowerment never stopped. This is where the Universe sent me a calling – Rapid Transformational Therapy by the World-renowned therapist Marisa Peer to become an RTT therapist to help more people experience their own powerful transformation ✨🕊️
So this is my story, and I can’t wait to be part of your amazing journey with Zaya Therapy 🤍
